Larger landscaping projects like outdoor living spaces, retaining walls, and other construction projects are a great way to make the most out of your time outdoors.
However, we do want to make sure expectations are met for both parties to make this a fun experience.
1. Project Cost May Rise. We recommend budgeting another 2-3% of the total project cost for un-forscene circumstances. HubbServices is not responsible for anything that was not brought up in the scope of work. Example 1- A Buried, Unmarked Irrigation Valve Box that may be hit upon excavation. This could be an additional cost to the project that was not planned.
2. Timing. Sometimes these projects go past their estimated time frame. We try our best to keep projects moving as efficiently as possible. Due to weather, material delays, or other events timing could be effected.
3. Warranty. HubbServices takes pride in all of their craftsmanship with projects. We give all out patios a 2 year warranty with all living things such as lawn, plantings, etc a one year warranty. We will provide all the instructions to maintain your property.
